Indonesia’s national airport operator, Angkasa Pura, has affirmed that it will erect a transit hotel connected to Ngurah Rai Airport which will be completed by March 2016.

The transit hotel will be the third of its kind in Indonesia with the company having already constructed hotels at Makassar’s Hasanuddin airport and Surabaya’s Juanda airport.

“Yes it will most likely be completed around March,” said Sulistyo Wimbo Hardiito, the President Director of Angkasa Pura on Wednesday 25 November.

It is understood the hotel will be managed by Angkasa Pura’s subsidiary, Angkasa Pura Hotel, which is set to collaborate with the Accor hotel group.
